Welcome to SaraweeVillage Dangriga, Belize!

Belize is a Caribbean country located on the northeastern coast of Central America. Belize borders Mexico to the north, the Caribbean Sea to the east and Guatemala to the west and south. It has an area of 22,970 square kilometres and a population of 419,199. Its mainland is about 290 km long and 110 km wide. It has the lowest population and population density in Central America. The country's population growth rate of 1.87% per year is the second highest in the region and one of the highest in the Western Hemisphere. Its capital is Belmopan, and its largest city is Belize City. The Maya civilization spread into the area of Belize between 1500 BC and AD 300 and flourished until about 1200. European contact began in 1492 when Christopher Columbus sailed along the Gulf of Honduras. European exploration was begun by English settlers in 1638. This period was also marked by Spain and Britain both laying claim to the land until Britain defeated the Spanish in the Battle of St. George's Caye.Wikipedia

We love to take pictures and share them to the world for those interested in living and owning property in Belize, available are affordable Housing Development; very small family size houses with 2-3 bedrooms mainly bungalow flats either frame or brick structures.

The 20 Acres Subdivision comprising a total of 63 Lots (with 2 park spaces) is located 41/2 miles out of Dangriga Town as an extension of Sarawee Village, making this Subdivision Infrastructure in high demand for Investor Financing we are seeking.

Two other proposed projects are Solar Energy combined with Grid Electricity (BEL). At present only about 25 % of the 20 Acres Subdivision has access to Grid Electricity, which makes this Block of Land with 63 Titled Lots prime for middle income housing developments.

Below are photographs of existing homes, bountiful fruit & vegetation for micro-garden farming opportunities, and open land available for purchase.
